India has thousands of legitimate NGOs unable to receive online donations because individual donors don't know who to trust. On the other side, NGOs have no unified platform to showcase their work, manage donor relationships, or run fundraising campaigns. The brief was to build the infrastructure that solves both sides of this problem simultaneously - and then drive donation volume through performance marketing that could demonstrate real ROAS.

Designed a platform from scratch supporting four distinct user types - each with separate portals, permission structures, and dashboards: Donors, NGOs, Platform Administrators, and Corporate CSR Partners.

Delivered campaign management, payment processing, NGO verification badges, impact reports, donor history, recurring donation support, corporate CSR dashboards, and admin controls - all in a single deployable platform.

Launched paid campaigns across Google and Meta targeting donation-intent audiences. Optimized bids for donation value - not just clicks or conversions - achieving heavy ROAS on total ad spend.
